Leading law firm DWF have contracted to implement Linetime’s Liberate software
to support the newly formed motor asset finance team. The 20 strong team operate from DWF’s Spinningfields office in Manchester and will complement the current motor asset finance team based in the Birmingham office.
The new Manchester team, led by Partner John Perez and Director Julia Williams, has been created following a lateral hire from Cheshire based firm Chafes Solicitors. The team will form part of the National Litigation practice group and will have the ability to share matters across multiple office locations.

The project will see the use of Liberate to support the email and document handling for the motor asset finance team along with managing the case load via the systems workflow system. Clients will benefit from having access to view progress on their cases and to collaborate with the fee earners via the online case portal
. As part of the project, data will be migrated from the existing TFB Partner system.
